11.2 Exceptions (if contractually agreed)

Refunds may be considered only if services have not commenced, a written cancellation request is submitted, and the governing contract allows refunds.

Any approved refund may deduct administrative, resource, and onboarding costs and will be processed within 15–30 Indian business days.

11.3 No refunds for:

Work already performed
Strategic advisory delivered
Resource allocation
Third-party costs
Change of client strategy or management decisions

12. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as-is" basis.

We do not warrant accuracy of all information, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

In such events, performance obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may refer the matter to mediation under the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration before initiating any legal proceedings.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate website access without notice if these Terms are violated, security threats are detected, or as required by law.
